The Inaccessibility of CeBONDS and the Importance of Preserving the Option to Pay Immigration Bonds in Person
We joined over 50 organizations in a letter transmitted this afternoon to ICE concerning its anticipated pivot to exclusive use of CeBONDs (an online/electronic system for posting immigration bonds that ICE has stated is intended to replace/eliminate the option of posting immigration bonds in person) on June 1, 2023.
