ICE In Chicago

Two MIBF board members attended the June 18 immigration town hall in Pilsen, where city officials and community groups addressed fears of increased ICE enforcement. As Chronicle Media, LLC reported earlier this week, speakers emphasized local protections like CityKey and pushed back against the chilling effect of federal crackdowns.

MIBF condemns the incarceration of all individuals. Any funds donated to MIBF will support the liberation of individuals from ICE custody.
